Commerce & bookings · built for Kenya
Soko Sensei is a multi-store platform that lets a business manage its products, services, orders, and bookings from a single admin panel — and serve that same catalogue to a website or mobile app through a clean API. Take payments with M-Pesa, let customers book time slots, and run several storefronts from one place.
Everything a small business needs to sell and schedule, without stitching together five different tools.
Manage your full catalogue — products, services, categories, and images — with prices, stock, and discounts all in one admin panel.
For services that need a booking, customers pick an open time slot and reserve it. Slots lock on booking, so the same time is never sold twice.
A headless API serves your catalogue to a website or mobile app, so your customers shop on your storefront while you manage everything here.
Built-in M-Pesa and Pesapal payment support, with tracking and reconciliation so every transaction is accounted for.
One backend serves multiple stores, each kept fully separate. A store's data is only ever visible to that store.
Stock levels, movements, and value at a glance, with weekly flow charts so you always know what's coming in and going out.
Soko Sensei is built for small and medium businesses in Kenya that sell goods, offer services by appointment, or both — salons, clinics, retailers, and service providers who want their own online presence without managing servers or piecing together separate booking and shop tools.
Business owners and their staff use the admin panel to run day-to-day operations. Their customers shop and book through the storefront the business publishes.

Where a business connects its Google Calendar, Soko Sensei uses that access only to create and manage appointment events for bookings made through the platform — for example, adding a confirmed booking to the business's calendar with a Google Meet link. We request the narrowest access needed for this and never sell or share Google user data.
